Welcome to DealPe. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

• User: Any individual registered on DealPe.
• Merchant: Third-party retailers partnered with DealPe.
• Affiliate / Profit Link: Tracking link used to earn commission.
• Earnings / Cashback: Commission credited after successful validation.
• Withdrawal: Transfer of approved earnings to a bank account.
• Referral Program: Earnings generated from invited users.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accurate and complete information is mandatory.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
• DealPe may suspend accounts with misleading or false data.

• Purchases must be completed through DealPe profit links.
• Tracking depends on cookies and retailer validation.
• Cancelled, returned, or exchanged orders may be rejected.
• Incognito mode or ad blockers may prevent tracking.

• Minimum withdrawal threshold must be met.
• Payments are subject to verification and merchant approval.
• Bank delays or technical issues may impact processing time.
• Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of earnings.

• Referral earnings are credited only after valid transactions.
• Referral earnings capped at ₹2500/month per user.
• Commission varies by retailer, up to 10% maximum.
• DealPe may modify or discontinue the referral program anytime.

• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or automated traffic.
• Misleading promotions or false claims.
• Manipulation of tracking or earnings systems.

• DealPe does not sell or deliver products.
• Pricing, availability, and delivery are merchant-controlled.
• Disputes must be resolved directly with merchants.

All trademarks, content, logos, and software belong to DealPe or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
• DealPe is not liable for merchant or payment failures.
• Use of third-party services is at user’s own risk.

Users agree to indemnify and hold DealPe harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from misuse of the platform.

DealPe shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including network failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

• Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated.
• Users may request account deletion via support.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of DealPe signifies acceptance of revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to Indian courts.
